A. Placing Orders

1. How to place an order online?

Simply add any item you'd like to buy to the shopping cart, then enter your delivery information during checkout, and submit the order. Customers may choose to pay by credit card (Visa/Master) or bank transfer。

2. What payment method will be accepted on our online store?

You can pay by credit card via PayPal gateway, which is safe and reliable. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please keep the receipt and then send it to cs@wealthy-link.com.

3. What should I do after I placed an order?

You will receive an email sent by the system after you placed the order online, and our staff will contact you to confirm the order as soon as possible. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please keep the receipt and then send it to cs@wealthy-link.com.


B. Delivery

1. Delivery time

Our staff will arrange the delivery date with you after you placed an order, and our delivery team will call the customer to confirm the time with you on the night before delivery.

2. Do you offer delivery and installation services?

We provide free local delivery service (except Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Outlying Islands & Lautau Island). But installation service is not included, for the details of installation service, please refer our "installation price list".



3. Delivery arrangements during bad weather

We will suspend all delivery and installation service when signal 8 or above Tropical Cyclone is hoisted, and when Warning Signals or Black Rainstorm Signal have been issued. We will contact you at our earliest convenience to re-arrange the delivery schedule.

4. What should you do when the products you received are found damaged?

If any appearance problems are found, please return it to our staff immediately.


C. Warranty & After-Sales Services

1. Gas Appliances

We offer 3 years free warranty service for gas appliances. During the warranty period, for any defect, in the judgement of our technician, caused under normal use, we will provide free repairing and parts replacement services (excluding case cover, glass, trivet, drip tray, burner cap and accessories for cooker; excluding case cover and accessories for water heater).

2. Electrical Products

We offer 1 year free warranty service for electrical appliances. During the warranty period, for any defect, in the judgement of our technician, caused under normal use, we will provide free repairing and parts replacement services (excluding case cover and accessories).
